Things to Know Before You Go
Cleaning & Sanitation
Dogwood Canyon Nature Park is implementing enhanced cleaning regimens throughout the park. Our team members will be continuously cleaning high-touch surfaces, including benches, railings and restrooms.
Physical distancing among team members and guests is important. Throughout the park, please remember to maintain a safe physical distance between your party and other parties.
Due to space restrictions, all guests who book a Wildlife Tram Tour will be required to wear a face covering that covers their nose and mouth while onboard the tram. Some exceptions to this order include (but are not limited to):
- Children under the age of 3.
- Children ages 3-11 are strongly encouraged, but not required to wear a face covering, while under the direct supervision of an adult.
For everyone’s health and safety, all guests wishing to dine at the Canyon Grill Restaurant or explore the Mill or Museum must consent to contactless temperature scans before entering the Dogwood Canyon Mill and Canyon Grill. If a member in your party registers a temperature of 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or higher, anyone who rode in the same vehicle as that guest will need to reschedule their visit for another day. Our culinary team will have their temperature checked prior to the beginning of each shift. Dining and seating areas have been modified to provide six feet distance between parties.
