Foraging in the Ozarks
August 16 at 11:00 am - 12:30 pm
Join wilderness survival instructor and naturalist Bo Brown, author of Foraging the Ozarks and Foraging Central Grasslands, at Dogwood Canyon Nature Park for a mosey around the canyon to learn about wildflowers, edible and medicinal plants, and a bit about local archaeology. Bring binoculars if you have them, as there’s always a possibility to see beautiful songbirds and other Ozarks wildlife! This walk is a slow mosey within 0.2-miles of the Nature Center.
