Come check out our Discovery Stations at the Dogwood Nature and Conservation Center!  Our stations provide a casual yet engaging educational opportunity for families and children to learn about nature through hands-on crafts, activities, and tabletop displays.

Stop by our Nature Center classroom for a fun and engaging program to get your Dogwood adventure started! Topics rotate through a variety of nature identification themes to equip you for your canyon experience!  This 20-30 minute program is included with park admission.

Visit our eagle spotting station out in the park to learn about our winter migration of bald eagles and have a chance at spotting one of these majestic birds in the wild! This station is mobile and follows where the eagles have been spotted.

Stop by our Critter Encounters for an up-close meet and greet with a live animal as you learn a little about their biology and behavior. Possible critters include: snakes, salamanders, toads, turtles, arachnids, and hissing cockroaches.
