DESCRIPTION:3rd-5th Grade \nJoin us at Dogwood Canyon for Camp Conservation! Through exciting hands-on activities and outdoor exploration\, campers will learn how to care for our planet while having tons of fun. Build mini-ecosystems\, test water and soil\, and uncover the secrets of native plants and animals. Discover why invasive species matter\, master composting basics\, and explore easy ways to reduce\, reuse\, and recycle. Each day brings eco-games\, creative challenges\, and real-world problem-solving to inspire young conservationists. Camp Conservation is the perfect place for curious kids to become nature heroes and protect the world around them! \n** This camp is located at Dogwood Canyon in Lampe\, Missouri. Students will be shuttled to and from Wonders of Wildlife each day for pickup and drop off. For alternate drop-off/pick-up accommodations\, please reach out to edu@wondersofwildlife.org upon registration.

SUMMARY:Trapper's Cabin Open House
DESCRIPTION:Take a peek inside Johnny Morris’ very own Trapper’s Cabin. Located just 0.3 miles south of the Missouri-Arkansas border on Dogwood Canyon’s paved walking and biking trail\, the cabin was built in 1993 as Johnny Morris’ home base during the construction of Dogwood Canyon. \nTrapper’s Cabin is free to view with general admission or membership and is open most Thursdays\, Saturdays and Sundays. Guests must walk or bike to the location\, as tram tours do not stop at the cabin.

SUMMARY:Creek Crawl Adventure
DESCRIPTION:We ALL live downstream! Meet your aquatic neighbors on this immersive underwater adventure!  Come crawl the creek with us as we explore an Ozark’s stream using underwater viewers and snorkels to observe diverse wildlife and aquatic habitats.  Learn about watersheds and what you can do to ensure we have healthy streams for years to come. This activity will include wading in up to 2 feet of water and walking on uneven\, sometimes slippery surfaces.  Snorkels and masks will be made available as optional equipment for those interested but are not required to participate. Guests must provide their own towels and drinking water! Reservations are recommended. Park admission is a separate and required ticket. \nAmenities to Guests: Snorkel\, mask\, underwater viewing tools\, and life vests are provided by request.  \nPlease Note: This tour can be canceled at any time due to extreme weather. In this case\, you will be notified using the contact information you provided upon purchase.
